We took out this policy at Old Mutual and Simply Financial Services took over the policy. In a bit of a quandary i was scared that when the time comes for it to pay out I might have to wait long, and need a lot of paper work to be done. My father passed away recently and in this hard tight financial times, being grief stricken and in turmoil, I reached out to my financial adviser and he put the ball in motion. Inside a week I submitted the 1 form and the documents they need to pay out the policy and was paid out the full amount within the next week. No worries what so ever.
