**** and *****

Becareful of this company it is a **** and there is lot ********** that is happening within the company. In a month of December 2022 they started to take money R659.00 from my paypoint even in January same thing happened. To my surprise at my work place we are 7 people whom it was for the first time we heard of the company because money was being deducted. We have never taken a policy with this company. I called the company to enquire why they were taking money from my persal without any authorisation and why they were taking it only to find out that they say I have taken a life cover of R1.4 million, accidental cover of R2million and funeral policy of R50 000 and to make the matter worse even the beneficiary is is someone I don't even know. I have asked them for the telephone recording while I take this policies or a ducuments and they could not provide they have asked me for a copies of those two salary advises and bank statement so they may refund my money. I was communicating with Mongezi Tyeku who helped me with the cancelation of those policies and he promised me that I will get my refund within 24 to 48 hours. The the 26 of January until today I haven't received my refund and now when I try to contact them via telephone the number is not working anymore and Mongezi Tyeku is not responding my emails. Those who are government employees please make sure that you open your salary advise every month because this company is targeting new employees who are working for government

We are truly sorry you've had this horrible experience. We have discovered that an independent intermediary has sold ********** policies - and we've made sure that the brokers in question are no longer selling our policies. We are committed to making sure it doesn't happen again, and that you get all your money back. We have tried to get hold of you but don't have your telephone contact details - please send us your details so we can expedite your refund and make this right - to ***

Hi Dimakatso - we're really sorry about your horrible experience - this is not what we are about, as a brand. We acknowledge that a couple of independent intermediaries have made ********** sales on our platform. The intermediaries in question are no longer selling our policies and we are taking action against them. We are also placing safeguards in our processes to make sure it doesn't happen again. Please let us know if you haven't yet received your refund and need further action.

Hello yes money was refunded for December and January but still even after you guys has send the stopped the policy a month of February my money was deducted again... and I will still want a refund for as I have send a salary advice for February 2023... Mind you when I stopped the policy I also went to the department so they may stop the deduction but it still went through... it will also be adviceable for you guys to investigate the department because your broker was not working alone they had someone from gauteng Department of education who processed those deduction without our consent and now the name of the company is looking bad because of this... my refund for February will highly appreciated
