I dealt with Nosiphiwo from Simply Financial Services and she was very helpful. I submitted the claim forms on behalf of our late employee’s wife on the 05th March and the claims were paid out on the 07th March. I am very thankful to Simply for their expeditious service delivery as the wife is unemployed and this money will assist the family a great deal as there are school going children in the home.
