Wrong order (again) and bad attitude

A colleague and I ordered Simply Asia for lunch today. My colleague ordered a 514 with chicken. I ordered a 515 and asked to replace the meat with cashew nuts, which after some debate I was told I could do only if I paid the extra. I request this every time I go to Simply Asia and have never been told to pay the extra.<br> When our food arrived, we had two 514's one with cashew nuts only. Which means I have now paid for cashew nuts in a dish that ALREADY contains nuts and it's a dish I do not even like!<br> When I called to complain about the incorrect I was only told \sorry.\"<br> I find this very poor service and ended up with a dish that I did not even enjoy. It is the 2nd time this particular branch has messed up my order "
