Worst service ever for second time - won't return!

Went to Simply Asia and walked ourselves to table, had to ask for a menu, had to request to have our table cleaned as even the chairs were covered in food. Restaurant was messy all over! Called waitron to place our order for drinks, waited forever for drinks. Once again had to call a waitron to place order for meals. After 45 minutes still no food and still no sign of our waitron, Achim, to follow up for more drinks or to explain why it's taking so long to get our meals while watching others complain, other tables getting their meals before ours even though it was ordered afterwards and also watching take away order FLY through the door. Several other tables left as well and after 50 minutes decided to leave. This is not the first time we left because it takes longer than 45 minutes to receive a 'take away' meal. If restaurant is busy - explain this to customers but don't let people sit and beg for service. Disgusting service and won't support brand even though it used to be our favourite!! Will rather go to Wang Thai and get proper service!
