Worst Service EVER!!!!!

We placed an order at 12h20 on OrderIn. It is now 14h00. The food has not been delivered. Numerous calls to your Benmore restaurant. No answer. Holding on for 20 minutes.<br> <br> Eventually had to call OrderIn to get feedback. Get called back to say we need to wait another 10 - 15 minutes.<br> <br> This is unacceptable.<br> <br> Call the restaurant again and had to deal with the most unhelpful employee, who was rude and not very pleasant. Hung up on me while still speaking to him. <br> <br> We will not order from you again, and will pass this message on to all friends and family.<br> <br>
