Well Done Manageress!

Saturday we chose Pinelands as we only ever heard good reviews &felt like being outside to enjoy the warm weather.Ordered drinks,starters &it was yum.The service was good too.We were pleased that the manager was attentive.Our mains was just as good &still,the manager was always there asking if everything was ok. Later,there was a guy who called her as he had a problem.He sat quite close so we could hear the exchange.She offered to replace his meal but he declined &continued.10 minutes later he called her again &made a scene.She again offered the replacement &again he declined.The third time I started getting upset &wondered why he didnt just take the replacement.He let her call the chef to taste his food.I could not believe how this guy humiliated the 2 of them &the manager still kept her cool.He shouted,swore &was very condescending&said he didnt care if he was spoiling other patrons time.He was so rude.You could see the guy was loser-ish because he was all alone on a Saturday night looking for a fight.If he really had a problem he would have taken a replacement.So clearly,he has bigger issues.Pity our evening ended this way.<br> Kudos to her for not punching the sad loser in the face
