Very Poor Service

Placed an order on Mr D for dinner for the wife and myself at 18:36 the order was accepted by there branch In Plattekloof , and food would be ready 19:31 we called them at 20:18 when they answered the phone only to be told they had just completed our order and waiting a driver and was told reason for taking so long is they only have one chef this evening , why even accept the orders then come on guys also our food got cancelled about 15min later by Mr D which we now had to go and collect ourselves with a baby this is just pathetic not the first time Plattekloof , awaiting response 😡
