Ultra slow dishes

<p>Me and my gf was visiting Simply Asia branch in Platekloof village. When we got there, it was 80% full with 3 take away waiting, so we were expecting 30mins waiting time.</p> <p>We have ordered 2 starter( duck tofu and fry brinjal) and 2 main dishes. Then we wait and wait, we see the take away ppl are all gone and we still waiting for our starter to come after 30 mins. Oh, and there's no cutlery serve yet. The people sit inside starting to stand up and walk to the counter to find out what the f*** is going on. After another 15mins, our starter has finally served but...the inside of the duck tofu was icy cold, they didn't prepare properly!! </p> <p>We returned the duck tofu and asked to serve our main dish asap. After 5 mins, we see 2 tables of customer stand up and went to counter to pay for their drink and left. We will give another 10mins which will be one hour in total. If the main dish is still doesn't show up, let's walk out here.</p> <p>So, ya...it turned out that main dish still didn't show up after 1 hour.</p> <p>We normally visit there after gym, it's very convenient. It's indeed a very disappointing experience. We are suspecting that the efficiency has dropped dramatically due to the absence of the Thai chef. If the new chef's efficiency still cannot replace the efficient one, don't replace him. Should we give another try? sigh...</p>
