Terrible Service

Me and my mother went to lunch at Simply Asia in Somerset Mall.After we got to our table,we had to wait 10 min before we recieved menu's and the table was only then cleaned from the previous costumers.After we placed our food order we waited 40 minutes for our meals. We left before we could recieve our food,because 40 minutes is ridiculous to wait for food. Other people in the restaurant also got up and left because they also didn't recieve any food. The manager was of no help. We paid for our drinks (R40 for 2 cokes!) I think it is terrible to let costumers wait that long for food. There are way to few waiters working there and the waiters that work there are very slow and don't seem to care , just like the manager . I was very very disappointed. I loved Simply Asia , but they will not see me again soon if the service doesn't change.
