Terrible phone line

I would greatly appreciate it if management at this store would install a landline. The cellphone they are currently using has terrible reception. I like to call them twice a week to place telephonic orders, but find it extremely irritating as I have to repeat my order 50 times. I have called from different landlines and cellphones and always experience the same problem. I would like the owner of this shop to actually try and phone an order through.
