I had a bad incident during the holidays that I reported on the Simply Asia website and unlike many other companies who I normally report bad service to before going on to hellopeter.com, they responded and Sadique apologised for the chef and staff and offered to compensate my bad experience, thank you.<br> <br> After a while I also got a follow up call from headoffice from a gent who was the area manager, sorry I was very busy at work at the time and cannot remember his name but am thankful for his courtesy call too.<br> <br> Thank you Simply Asia, awesome attitude and customer service!!
