Simply Asia Worse Service, Bad Quality

My family went to Simply Asia Clearwater Mall- Roodepoort. We ordered food and the waitress brought our food, The order was Beff-331, Seafood-548, Beef-514 sitdown and 1 Beef-514 Medium take away. The waitress Name Gracious, Waiter ID 16, brought the wrong order, gave my 10 year old son the Beef hot, and when we asked her to correct it politely as his was the seafood, she was unhappy. I asked if I have the hot one, she rep**** yes. She then proceeded to place the one in a take away which was the hot Beef again wrong order and given to my Mother a 74 old lady to eat, she could not eat it. We called the restaurant to speak to the Manager about it, named Thando. She said she don't care and we can lodge a complaint with head office, it does not matter. We even tipped the waiter, and for the service we received, with no care at all. I can understand if you not having a good day, but don't treat your customers like ****.
