Simply Asia summerstrand service

Firstly I want to say that I love Simply Asia’s food!!!! However the service at Simply Asia summerstrand is questionable.

I ordered take away for supper for the last 2 nights while here in pe for work. But last night was very bad. I was helped by Amy who was more concerned about other clients(only 4 tables occupied)than taking my order which she eventually did. What amazes me is I asked her to recommend a side dish with my main and she said that the sides are boring and bland. I was totally taken back as I mean she works there and should be able to recommend a simple side dish??? She also told me that my order should take 15min as the day before i waited only 10min but my order took 35min as they made a mistake with my order and sent it with another person. Only when I asked where is my order did she mention that she made a mistake and that I had to wait longer. Eventually my food came and I had to ask for chopsticks and there was no napkin in my bag. I told them about the bad service and they didn’t seem interested in my advice to them.
