Simply Asia Somerset Mall

The branch in Somerset Mall is terrible on service, and I am a big fan of Simply Asia. I ordered via Uber Eats 18:20, and the Uber Eats guy is just standing around waiting there for our order of 2 items. No feedback, no phone answered (20 calls later), nothing. It is 90 minutes later, and nothing. Is this the standard that we should expect of Simply Asia? Not great. Would've preferred the branch not accept the order if too busy. Would've chosen another restaurant. Won't make this mistake again. Not fair towards the Uber Eats delivery guy.
