Simply Asia simply terrible (Brooklyn, Pretoria)

<p> ordered food at 6:25pm by phone for collection to avoid an unnecessary wait. Was told the food should take 30min to prepare. Arrived at the store at 6:55PM and my wife went in to collect the food. She was told that the food will take 10 minutes more to prepare. So we waited. I called them after 10 minutes and the manager said that it will take another 10 minutes! We ended up getting our food at 7:40pm! I whole 1 hour 15 minutes after the order was placed. I phoned the manager to complain about the service and was told that he will call me back in 2 minutes. That was 12 minutes ago! What terrible service and an *********** manager. </p>
