After being ignored and posting a complaint on HelloPeter, it was within 2 days that I was contacted by the Manager for the store in Somerset Mall. <br> <br> Nathan took the time to speak to me re the complaints I had, and managed to make me fully understand these reasons. It was through a very pleasant phone call with him, that we were invited to try a second night at this new establishment and I am happy we did. <br> <br> The food was still as great as it always is, the staff were constantly smiling and we were lucky enough to have a waitress who had been with this establishment for 8 years. The amount of loyal customers I saw walk into this restaurant and compliment the staff (Front of House & Back of House) was an eye opener. <br> <br> Well done, Simply Asia - I will be coming back, if this is how you look after your customers!
