Simply Asia, Rosemead Avenue (Rotten tomatoe)
Rosemead Avenue, Simply Asia was one horrific experience. As my husband and I sat for dinner, we were served by the most unfriendly waitress whom even mentioned was really tired. My husband proceeded to tell her not to tell her other customers. We had ordered a starter (sushi) tempura prawns and 4 portion kick boxing roll.
When the order came, we received double the portion. Of course we asked and our waitress then said “she sorry, she has a headache and forgot to mention the specials “ (people s****s) she also brought my husband his cooldrink with no glass or straw. After me biting into my tempura prawn I find the (dirt/gut) part of the prawn in my tempura (that part that makes u extremely ill if not taken out. ) Only then to see a huge ****roach walking out the kitchen. Trying to get anyone attention, eventually the waitress comes and we make her aware of the ****roach she runs away from it and the other staff just stand and watch.
All I can say is what an eventful evening at simply Asia, I will definitely not be supporting this branch again.
They don’t deserve to have a star rating at all.
Management should get there act together.
