Simply Asia - Outstanding Customer Servcice Delivery

I believe in objectivity and when something is wrong and respectively right or outstanding - I will say something!

Well, not too long ago I placed an order with Simply Asia Pinelands on Uber Apps and was not happy at all with the service I received, not from the store but from Uber since the issue was related to the driver. The Delivery guy had me paying cash for an order that already came off my Gift card, well I'm still waiting to hear from Uber - pathetic customer service, disgusted to say the least.

Last week I ordered from the App once more, again from Simply Asia and when there was an item in my order that was incorrectly delivered, they immediately responded to refund me. Simply you have restored my faith in Uber Eats. if it is not for efficient customer service delivery by the vendors/food suppliers such as yourselves, I would never have used the application again.

Keep up the awesome work.. Uber Eats can learn a thing or two from you!
