Simply Asia incomplete order

I placed a order on Friday night 28 April 2023 at Mondeor outlet. My husband went to collect order as it was raining. Only to discover we had a item short. Called the store and the lady just said oh I did not see. And that was it. Money paid for something not received and no consession was made by store.
