Simply Asia Fourways bad service

Ordered on line from Simply asia Fourways Mall a few months ago and they totally messed my order up. It was so bad I vowed never to go back. Anyway last Saturday we were at Fourways mall and decided to give them another try. This time round it was a sit it. Once again they got our orders all wrong and the food was horrible. We called the same manager we complained to the last time and I must say he is not capable to be in that role He showed zero remose, said sorry and moved on. He has zero customer skills. We pay our hard earned money to eat put and expe t to get good food and what we actually pay for? BTW, when I stopped going to Fourways, I started to go paulsof. The service there is top notch with good food. However Fourways has left a sour taste with me and I guess I won't be going back to any branch
