Simply Asia canal walk

Customer service is at an all time low. Waited 5-7 minutes at the counter before anyone came. Staff standing around and not informing customers that they are short staff. When I asked why is it that everytime I come I have to wait 5 minutes as this is not my first time experiencing this. I got a response with attitude indicating she is working alone and had to go to the bathroom, no apology. This is not the service customers should be receiving and I would never support this branch again.
