Simply Asia Benmore - ridiculous waiting period

<p>Dear All </p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered a meal for delivery at Simply Asia Benmore at 11h00 - I was told that the meal would be delivered at 12pm because the kitchens open at 11h30. This was acceptable. By 13pm I was still waiting for a meal. When I enquired, the Simply Asia representative casually told me that they have only one delivery vehicle and that my order was on its way (I was also told that it was on its way at 12h30 as well). At 13h10 I requested to talk to a manager - I was told that he/she was out delivering which was rather odd. I am currently still waiting for my delivery. I implore this branch to not offer delivery services if they are unable to timeously serve their customers. Absolutely disappointing for a restaurant that I used to love!</p>
