Shocking Service!!

I'm never disappointed with the food at simply Asia however the service at the Durbanville branch on the 16Nov2022 was absolutely shocking. When you go out with your family one would expect to at least eat together. For the good money you pay its expected of the establishment to ensure that you have a good experience. After being promised sushi within 20minutes our patience wore thin after and hour and 30 minutes with no sushi. Upon following up we got the usual excuses. We watched as people who arrived later around us got their food while we waited on. Promised once again that they were busy with it and when we physically checked they had not even started. Very poor people skills! First time with the family at this branch. First and last!!!
