Shocking customer service and higiene
I have had consistant bad service at Simply Asia Somerset Mall, but I keep going back as I love the food. Today we found a piece of glass in the cooldrink. We showed the manager and they did not seem perturbed or offered any explanation. After waiting 50 minutes for a meal, the wrong meal arrives. The overall customer service is shocking and it seem the staff do not even care to be upsetting customers.
