really bad service.

A friend of mine booked a table for 8pm. I arrived late and it was after 8 and they had still not been seated because apparently she didnt confirm even though her name was in the book. Then the manager says we can place our order while waiting for the table yet no one came to take our order. Eventually we got a table and the manager assured us he will come take our order ATLEAST 4 times and he obviously didn't! Then I asked a waiter to take our order because it was almost closing time but apparently she can't handle more than one table. So I get up walk to the kitchen to call the manager because by this time we are all starving and edgy already, only to find that the manager has forgotten about us AGAIN and is looking at slips. He sends us a waiter eventually and she takes our order. Our food comes some of which were good and some not so good. I had so much raw onions in my 514 and my friend didnt even get any cashews in his 514. We were so hungry that we just ate it because we so sick of waiting. This is not the service I expect from simply asia as I am a regular customer. Service is everything and last night I received really bad service.
