Quality of the Dim Sum

On Friday (26/02/2016), I went to Simply Asia to buy dim sum (it was a takeaway order). Firstly the lady at the counter let me stand there for 10 mins and did not take my order. I let that pass since they were busy. However when I am required to pay for something that is of poor quality I will refuse to accept it since I paid R60.

The dim sum was dry, burnt and the sauce which was not properly closed spilled all over the box (i have a picture). I find this extremely unacceptable since when you decide to open a restaurant you must be able to deliver exceptional service and product. Lastly I was under the impression when you acquire a franchise the franchisee should be at his/her business which I doubt is the case, hence the standards in this Simply Asia is below par. I will never go back to this place and would rather stick to places who know how to make dim sum for example The Good Luck Club, Yamitsuki, So Yum to name a few
