Poor customer service from manager

<p>My cousin and I often have lunch at simply asia and today we decided to try the two for one noodle special.</p> <p>There is a smell and taste that chicken has when it is not prepared well and my meal smelled and tasted awful. My cousin's meal was fine. He agreed that I should take mine back to them because it was inedible, so I did.</p> <p>The manager, whose name I believe is Masiyah, refused to do anything about it, stating that the meal does smell and taste like that and that customers complain regularly about it. This is ridiculous as the staff did not inform me that the meal isn't well received by most. I gave the meal back to them ( with no reimbursment, no offer for another meal or even an apology) and got kfc instead. </p> <p>I had barley touched the food, and I was clearly an unhappy customer, yet the manager refused to do anything about it? She just didn't care. That's poor customer service and I won't be eating there again. </p>
