poor customer service

I gave the Cashier my points card as well as the cash and he still don’t swipe my card for the points. Told me he didn’t know how to ...More No stars this time round for the Waterfronts Branch. I place a fairly big order amount of R667.00 . I gave the Cashier my points card as well as the cash and he still don’t swipe my card for the points. Told me he didn’t know how to reverse it . Called his superior and he just said well you cashed up already and nothing you can do. Why then offer the point system and when we place order we don’t even get the points.... Very upset about this, as its not the first time this has happened.... And the only reason you getting 1 star is because I wanted to post this message. My card no:***</p> <p> </p>
