Pinelands Branch Filled with *****

Went Last night Simply Asia at Howard Centre in Pinelands and Experienced THE WORST service i ever had at any Simply Asia i ever been to.

06:40pm i ordered food on the Simply Asia App. 06:46pm i Got to the store and i waited 15min alone at the Front before someone came to assist me

When the Lady eventually felt she wants to assist me, and i TOld her im here for an order i placed on the APP, she checked the done orders and told me its not there so the kitchen is still busy with it.

I waited another 30min there when i noticed a slip Printing from the system. The Lady pulls the slip and asks me, "Is your order for (wifes Name)??" and i said yes.

Just then, Lie 1 was uncovered. (When she told me the Kitchen was busy with the Order). She did not tell me there was issues

about 10min later, The Manager walks in, from god knows where, and she calls him and gives him the slip and shows him the screen. they talk and he turns and looks at me and carrys on tapping on the screen.

They both STILL dont tell me anything. i took a walk around the centre and About 30min pass again, Its now dark outside, I go to the Door and ask whats happening. Manage ONLY THEN tells me the system is showing pending. When i want to show him Payment went off my account, he just turns and Walks away out the store to fetch Beers for his Preferred Customers.

another 10min Pass and i Call him and tell him this is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! he then goes to the kitchen and i see them starting to make the food only then.

What Made me angry, another guy who done online order AFTER ME, Got there AFTER ME, Left with his Food in 30min. The Uber Eats guys, 2 of them left and came back 4 times in the time i was there

When i went back to the car, MY SON WAS ASLEEP!!!!!!!! Thats when i Went off with this Manager. All he did was apologies And IN COMES THE SECOND LIE!!!!! " Oh they made the order but it was wrong so i had to get them to remake it "

IM NOT A ****ING IDIOT!!!!!! All he did was said Sorry and Didnt charge me for the R7 Extra Mushrooms.

I WANT MY TIME BACK THAT YOU WASTED!!!! AND MY SON WENT TO SLEEP ON AN EMPTY STOMACH!!!!!! Evene worst, The Chicken Rice and egg i got for him and the 514 noodles WAS COLD Which Tells me they took me for a ****!
