Pathetic services not only from store but head office

Good afternoon all, had a terrible experience with Simply Asia Pavilion. On the 8th of June 2021 we placed an order for collection for our daughter's surprise supper. I asked the cashier on numerous occasions if the order was correct as my wife had called to place the order. When I got home the order was short. I immediately called the store and was given the run around. Then eventually I was told to call the head office to sort it out. I sent an email that very evening and followed it up with a call the next day. I was told they saw the mail and was in que for someone to attend to the matter. I was then advised that someone by the name of Frank will call but till date 4th of July 2021 nothing done. ?? First and last will not support simply Asia again. Very bad customer services and are rogues.
