Pathetic service and blatant lie

Me and my husband went to simply Asia in Mall@55 today for lunch. We ordered 514 and 265 for lunch. I had enough points and wanted to redeem them and asked for assistance at the store. However we were told that the loyalty points can’t be used in store. Only online use is allowed and it’s been like that for a long time. This was not true at all. We couldn’t use our points and had to settle the full bill. We were clearly **** to by the staff. Completely pathetic and unprofessional.
