Pathetic service and bad attitude

On 08/10/15 we visited Simply Asia Glengarry branch. After a hectic morning at work and campus we decided to relax and spend some quality mom and daughter time at one of our favourite restaurants. What an awful experience. The waitress left us standing for 7min only to find seating by ourselves. Another ten minutes passed before she came to the table with menus. She then dissappeared,only to find her busy with her colleague behind the till. Never once did she make eye contact or acknowledge our presence,waiting to be served. I stood up twice to draw her attention but to no avail. After 20 min of no service we decided to take our business elsewhere. I am appalled at your service level in store,I will definitely not be visiting your branch again and will definitely spread the word to family and friends about our experience.
