Manager with bad attitude

We are regulars at Simply Asia in Cavendish&get takeaway from them about once a week. During the half price Songkran Special, we went to several Simply Asia branches for a sit down meal, including the Cavendish branch.<br> On Wednesday, 13 May 2015 we went to the Cavendish branch. While waiting in the queue, there was a party of 3 and a party of 5 in front of us. In the restaurant was a table for 2 free. As the manager was busy, we asked the waiter if we could have the table for 2 or if this was for the party of 3. The waiter informed us that the table for 2 has been free for a while so we can take it.<br> The manager was then off the phone, came shouting at us that the group of 3 has been waiting for over 30mins and were next to get a table. By no means did we try to jump the queue but according to the waiter, that table has been available for a while and was not for the group of 3. If handled in a professional manner (telling us they are full), we simply would have gotten takeaway but with the managers shocking attitude, we got food from one of the many food stalls around. We enjoy Simply Asia but this was the last time we went to the Cavendish branch for sure.
