Mall of Africa - Head office

We have been going to Simply Asiafor years, but first time supporting the Mall Of Africa branch,

My usual order is 514, but since we allergic to nuts we have always for years now been swapping the nuts for a veg option,

however this branch refused, they say its policy, yet no were does it say that the Nuts are not allowed to be swapped, they told me i can swap veg though, the manager on site was very rude about it, not a very friendly attitude at all,

I asked for the Head office number they gave me the menu to take the number down , i called the number ********** and it gets to the warehouse, i was told to contact a person by the name of Natasha in JHB and was given a JHB number ********** , i called this number and the person that i spoke to told me they have no idea how to help.
