Just plain rude from the start..

<p>Me and 3 friends went to Simply Asia, Rosemead Avenue in Claremont on Wednesday night for the Noodle special. As we arrived we were told by a very relaxed, leaning on the counter cashier that the waiting time is going to be a hour.. for noodles. So we decided to phone Cavendish and order over the phone and check the waiting time. Waiting time was less, but the service i got from over the phone was shocking!! Rude and ****y gentleman, cutting my sentences short. Then i placed a order that excluded certain items in the dish, after what he followed saying, "you mean, no vedge, you could have just said, no vedge when placing your order". After being corrected in that tone of voice and attitude we finally got our order placed and i managed to finish my sentences. We went over to Cavendish only to be greeted by this arrogant man. Telling us it will be ready any moment and then trippling up and down making himself coffee and leaving us standing for another 30min. Finally got our food, got home and opened my 515 order only to have it loaded with Vegetables. I picked up the phone and called back, and once again he doesnt have any telephone ettiquette. He followed my complaint up by saying, "if you asked for no vedge there should'nt be any vedge in it, are you looking at it right now, there isnt any vedge in your dish". I then said to him that im standing in front of the food and there is vedge. He didnt have a response, only to tell me i have to drive through and bring the food back because he doesnt have a driver.</p> <p> </p> <p>Worse experience!! If it wasnt for this arrogant guy you employed, things would have been OK. Wont be back anytime soon to support you.</p>
