Is Simply Asia prejudice against hard of hearing customers?

Today I received a voucher for R50 discount on the app. I tried to use the voucher for lunch today but received a message that it was invalid.

I contacted help on the app. They were fast to respond. (Which I appreciated). They asked me to give them my number so they could call and help me. I told them I was hard of hearing so I don't talk on the phone and asked them to assist online. As soon as I said that, they disappeared and refused to answer any further messages.

Firstly, why send me a voucher which does not work? There were no conditions attached to the voucher except it should be my first online order. So there is no reason it should not have worked.

Secondly, why offer online support if you're not actually prepared to support all customers?

Very shocked and disappointed with your lack of service.

As explained in my original message, this was an online experience. All on the app. Your contact details in your reply are not visable..
