Incorrect order received 314 instead of 309

on 09/07/16, after a few recommends I decided to try out Simply Asia, being a Thai food ***** I only have the opportunity to enjoy these tastes when I am JHB. <br> I ordered a 309 (Chicken) with Egg fried rice take away, upon receiving and proceeding to leave the mall I checked the order, the portion of rice is incorrect , plain rice ..... I went back spoke to waiter and manager told them I ordered egg fried rice with the 309 chicken,,,,,, no issues checked slip , they said will sort out asap... 5 minutes later returned with sealed box. My mistake I did not check it the second time , when at getting ready to eat my dinner.... open the box to my surprise I have an order for a 314 - Chicken stir fried rice. quite furious, I then proceeded to cook my own supper.<br> <br> 1- how hard is it to get an order correct ?<br> 2 - you changed order did you realize the price difference I order something that was 50% more expensive than what you gave me.<br> <br> I don't call this good service more like day light *******.<br> <br>
