***********, rude and unwilling to help staff member

I have always had good service until today, I had to deal with the most ***********, rude and unwilling to help staff member. An order was place 11:08am but was then cancelled at 11:42 due to having no gas, one can understand that no gas in the Centre can happen but what one can NOT accept is only being noticed at 11:42 after order received and driver is there to collect only to be told the order is cancelled and that they have not had gas since they received and confirmed the order. When I called to query, I received an ***********, rude and unwilling to listen or explain what is going staff members on the phone!
