Im Done!!!

After my last complaint the manageress informed me of new structures and procedures that will be implemented, & I'm sure that she meant well, but alas *********** staff let her down again.<br> First indecent two of my colleagues got food poisoning from the chicken they ate from Simply Asia a couple of weeks ago.<br> & then on the 12.11.2015 another colleague ordered for a couple of us in the office. Him being a strict vegan ordered a 214 with tofu & rice noodles, & specifically requested the order to be repeated back to ensure that it is correct, along with the order was a sushi platter & extras.<br> The whole order was wrong & we only saw once we drove back to the office, normal egg noodles, sushi that we dint order, our order wasn't there. When we drove back & spoke to the manager all he could say was that because he is a vegan he should of ordered something else on the menu that was vegetarian!! can you believe the cheek!! NO APOLOGIES!!!<br> <br> The best part when waiting for them to redo our order, we sat at a table where the utensils were dirty, not smug dirty no. Old dried up food dirty. hes response 'oh' & leaves it there.<br> <br> Rest assured no one in or offices will order from Simply Asia again!
