Horrible food and service! Extremely disappointing!

We ordered food from your Restaurant at Honey Crest on 11/10/2107. We had no 121, 4 of no 119, no 301 and no 305. Firstly you are advertising a 20% discount on any new dishes which we had of no 121 and 119. I did not notice the special when I ordered, but with the boredom of waiting 50mins for our order I noticed the square box in the Restaurant and read the special. I asked then for the manager and she said sorry they sometimes forget to apply the discount as it's not done automatically by the system. After about 40mins of waiting one of the chefs who obviously seen us waiting for a while and getting irritated asked us what we had ordered. Once I told him, we could clearly see him only starting our order! 40 minutes later! How ridiculous is that?! 10 minutes later we got our food. So 50 minutes in total for a simple order for 2 people. When we got home to enjoy our food, to our surprise, the food was watery, tasteless and horrible to say the very least. Will most definitely not visit you again. Up your game, I will not recommend you to anyone, sorry to say. Very, very disappointing experience.
