hair as extra in stir fry

I bought a take away last night of their signature dishes at their Glen branch only to find after consuming 90% of it a hairlike thread in the stirfry.I am very unhappy with this and dont think i will be buying from them any time soon.Why would they not even check the stuff before sending it out ?
