Found a piece of glass in stir fry

<p>Last night my wife and I went out for dinner at Simply Asia Bryanston. We were thoroughly impressed with the food and service until we found a piece of glass in her food. She had ordered item number 514 chicken (if I'm not mistaken). That said, I must mention though, I was quite impressed with the way the restaurant manager (JJ Du Plessis) handled the situation. Because of Mr Du Plessis, I'm likely to go back to the restaurant again. I can't speak for my wife. The reason for texting is: what if she had swallowed the glass??? How did it get to the food in the first place. Very Concerning!!!</p> <p> </p>
