Extremely late part-delivery

I ordered my food through the app appetite. Initial order was placed at 6:39pm with expected delivery at 19:38. I phoned at 19:50 and was advised driver is departing. I phoned again at 20:30 only to be advised driver is on his way only then. Driver arrives just before 21:00 and the 2 main dishes were not there. <br> <br> 2 and a half hours and you managed to still muck up the order. I rejected the entire order and the poor driver had to be recipient of your incompetence. Please jack up your service for future clients I will unfortunately not be ordering there again.<br> <br> Regards Wouter
