EXCELLENT FOOD BUT EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!

I really don't write reviews but feel so upset and disappointed at the service or should i say NO SERVICE at Simply Asia Baywest Mall in Port Elizabeth. No greeting, no smiles or friendliness towards their customers. We came in looking at the menu deciding what to choose as the food is really good. We are regular customers who always take away our meals but decided to try eating at the tables. The table next to us got waited on but not us. After waiting and getting irritated from not being waited on I got up fir the second time to order and pay for our meal. The first time standing at the till I was ignored. Cashiers to busy doing their administration at the till than attending to customers. Drastic improvement is needed by the cashiers. The food was awesome and I take my hat off to the chef and kitchen staff. Excellent job to them.
