Excellent food and support.

I visited Simply Asia Somerset Mall on 8 April 2022. The food was excellent as usual, and the service satisfactory. Upon settling the bill I had a frustrating experience trying to scan the QR code and paying through the app to earn loyalty points. During this I bought myself a gift voucher but messed up the receiving phone number so ultimately I paid with a credit card after never receiving the gift voucher, for obvious reasons.

I contacted the support center a few days later and was assisted by a person named "Enzo". I explained that I lost a voucher due to my own mistake. Enzo then went on to reimburse me with a loyalty voucher exceeding the monies I have "lost", all within 48 hours of lodging the request.
