Dissapointing experience

On Wednesday the 6th May at about 19:30 my husband and myself walked into your paddocks branch, the restaurant was busy which is understandable due to the special running at the moment. We stood at the front desk waiting to be greeted and seated, stood around for about five-ten minutes no one came to take us to a table, so we decide to sit down at one of the empty but dirty tables, as most of the tables were occupied with either people waiting for take away orders or having dinner. <br> <br> After another ten minutes of been seated, the manager cleared one of the tables outside and only then did we get someone's attention, I had to flag him down to please clear our table and give us menus, he said with he will be right back. We waited for another ten minutes, still no menus, no waitress, NO service, decided to leave as our experience was appalling.<br> <br> I do understand that the special has made the restaurant busy, but your branches have to have sufficient staff to cater for the influx of customers. I could only see one waitress and a manager while we were there. All in all a very disappointing experience.<br> <br>
