Disgusting service at Simply Asia Kenilworth

Out of the 10 years that I have been going to simply asia in rozmead avenue, this evening service was disgusting, the new staff are undriendly, unhelpful, rude and our food was over an hour late even thought we phone orderded for sit down breakfast. The waiter didn't even check on us or apologise nor explain. The front desk cashier pulled her nose up when I askd for clean cool bowl for my 1year old daughter. I am utterly disappointed. Is this even a family restaurant?.Also the kitchen looked filthy. It appeared they were prioritizing fone orders for delivery
