Disappointed Service

Good day, <br> <br> I trust that you are well. <br> I am a frequent Simply Asia customer, however I was very disappointed with the service I received at Simply Asia in Pinelands. <br> A friend and I went to the Simply Asia during our lunch time and she order one of your hot meals where I ordered 2 sushi dishes. <br> Her meal came out before me and I waited about close to 30 minute before the waiter came to me and told me 3 minutes I will get my meal. 3 minutes passed and still nothing I was getting irritated and just upset. <br> When I was informed that the chef was busy preparing my meal, my friend was already done and we had to get back to the office. <br> <br> I cancelled the order and now I simply feel like I will no longer be a frequent Simply Asia customer anymore. <br> <br> With regards to and food place I feel service delivery and customer services is important and I just felt that I was being neglected. <br> <br> Regards,<br> Hajierah
