Disappointed

Most pathetic service and management at franchise SIMPLY ASIA!!!!!!!Clearwater mall.

I love their food don't get me wrong I visist clearwater mall every week and with fail do I stop and buy a few meals at simply Asia.

Today I decide to call in and request delivery.It has been 2 hours and when I call in to find out how far my food is they tell me they tried calling me cause the address was not correct that is utter lies as I called on twice to find out how far my food is and thereafter they called me on my cell and all of the sudden got hold of me I asked to speak to the manager and she said we need to wait for another driver and it would take another 30 minutes she had a don't care attitude when I told her to cancel.

I'm so disappointed an disgusted at the service they provide to most supporting customer's.

I hope this email does not fall upon deaf ears
